Majestic Seagull Co. Ltd. has been established since 1983 as a quality mold design and manufacturing plant. Over the years, we have used our acquired knowledge and experience in mold designing and manufacturing to expand into three additional professional departments; The Press/Stamping Department, Plastic Injection Department, and Sheet Metal Multi-Stage Deep Drawing Department; to better service our customers’ needs.

Our whole staff members follow the principles of achieving superior quality while maintaining high efficiency, and constantly improving in all aspects to meet customers’ demands. Following these principles with good managerial practices, we were able to obtain the SGS ISO 9002 certification in 1996 and subsequently SGS ISO9001 in 2002 to further guarantee our qualifications. We strive to provide consumers with the greatest customer service and the finest products in the most economical way; creating a win-win situation to ensure a long and successful business relationship.

Company history


  • 1973 Established in Taipei, Taiwan. Specializes as tungsten carbide mold manufacturing shop
  • 1981 Increased sales in plastic injection of battery gasket, and gasket mold manufacturing
  • 1983 Plant moved to its current location in Taoyuan County, Taiwan.
  • 1985 Production machine purchased: 8 German Arburg plastic injection machines.
    Focused production: Plastic sealants and gaskets for button cell batteries
  • 1987 Company renamed as Majestic Seagull Co. Ltd, and increased capital to 2.8M NTD
    Manufacture machine purchased: Japanese Sodick E.D.M. and W.E.D.M. Focused production: Manufacturing press-working dies, punches, and tooling for NTN Bearing Co. Ltd.
  • 1988 Production machine purchased: 5 Australia Engel computerized plastic injection  machines.
    Focused production: Plastic sealants and gaskets for rechargeable batteries
  • 1993 Assembled advance production lines producing Zinc-Carbon single cell metal and plastic parts for Toshiba & GP Battery.
  • 1996 ISO 9002 certified.
  • 1997 Production of AA Zinc Carbon single cell battery parts exceeded 50 million sets per month.
  • 1999 Production quipment purchased: Increased number of plastic injection machines to 25 to increase production capability.
  • 2000 Production of Zinc-Carbon single cell battery plant re-based to mainland, China
  • 2001 Production machine purchased: Japan Asahi multi-stage transfer press
